Day 01 : Saturday Board the Train at Mumbai onto Ajanta (Embark- 1640 hrs)
Board the Train at Mumbai onto Ajanta- You are required to complete the registration formalities post a traditional welcome and then we carry on to board the train and then relish dinner on the train.

Day 02 : Saturday Ajanta Caves
Ajanta Caves - This place is filled with extremely beautiful frescoes and sculptures that denotes heritage of our country. We shall visit the Ajanta Marvel, the rock caves that date back to 2nd century B.C.

Day 03 : Monday Udaipur
Udaipur – We will visit the striking landscape that is so lovable upon arrival at Udaipur. Later we visit the Crystal Gallery and city palace. You can take a look at the enthusiastic market place or visit the superior car collection that belongs to the royal family that is optional after having lunch at an elegant venue experiencing a traditional hospitality. You can even opt to enjoy the fascinating light and sound show in the palace while on a heritage journey of India.

Day 04 : Tuesday Jodhpur
Jodhpur - We ride through the country side to reach Jodhpur. You can take a walk through the Old clock tower market and also see the Mehrangarh fort. Then you can opt to take a look at the local village after having a sumptuous dinner at an extraordinary venue.

Day 05 : Wednesday Bikaner
Bikaner- Upon arrival at the desert kingdom Bikaner, you can take a tour to Deshnok (Rat Temple) or Lalgarh Palace museum or Camel breeding farm or even do a shopping at Kundan Jewellery. All the said things are optional and left to your choice. Later in the afternoon we visit the authoritative fortress of Junagarh and you can take part in the camel cart procession. In the evening during the sun set, you can enjoy cocktails, barbeque and folk performance on the sand dunes.

Day 06 : Thursday Jaipur
Next day Heritage Tour of India, Jaipur – Proudly called the ‘The Pink City’, Jaipur welcomes you with an excellent elephant polo match combined with a champagne lunch at an extraordinary venue. Then we move on to visit the fortified Amber Fort. At your leisure you can opt to go for shopping/spa/golfing/ visiting city palace.

Day 07 : Friday Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore) - Fatehpur Sikri
Ranthambore - Fatehpur Sikri - Commence a thrilling game drive to Ranthambore National Park. Then we move on to see the elegant royal court building at Fatehpur Sikri.

Day 08 : Saturday Agra - Delhi (Disembark- 1500 hrs)
Agra - Disembark in Agra – Early morning we take a look at the extremely beautiful Taj Mahal and then we have our breakfast combined with champagne. Travel towards Delhi as your unforgettable trip comes to an end.

The above charges include meals, stay, beverages like light drinks, coffee, tea, and mineral water, Indian wines ie; in house brands, butler service, guided tours, porter-age at stations, and entrance fees at monuments. They don’t include taxes, alcoholic beverages, insurances, telephone calls, laundry, and fees of video and professional cameras.

Booking policy followed by the Maharajas Express is as follows:

If booking is done prior to 90 days of departure or more, then 25% of the total tariff is to be paid at the time of booking
If booking is done less than 59 days of departure or less, then full 100% of the total tariff is to be paid at the time of booking

The cancellation policy that is followed by the train is as:

If cancelled 90 days prior to departure date, then 25% of the published tour cost is deducted
If cancelled 89-60 days prior to departure date, then 50% of the published tour cost is deducted
If cancelled 59-0 days prior to departure date, then 100% of the published tour cost is deducted
If you fail to show up on the departure date, then 100% of the published tour cost is deducted
