First half day sightseeing of Old Delhi, where magnificent Red Fort ruled the heart of India in medieval times under the rule of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Further visit Raj Ghat, a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi - the father of the nation. Further visit Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India. Drive past Chandni Chowk - Moonlit Square where Indian delicacies and street food can be savored in between narrow alleys of this old city. Noon sightseeing includes a visit to the world heritage site of Qutab Minar, the tallest brick minaret (238 ft.) built by Qutb ud-din Aibak. Visit the Humayun Tomb, a mausoleum to Humayun - a forerunner of the Mughal style of architecture. The drive through the India Gate, President's House - Rashtrapati Bhawan and Secretariat buildings showcase the glimpses of Modern Lutyens Delhi. Overnight stay. Day 03 : Delhi & Mandawa (273 Kms /Approx. drive time 5 Hrs.) Morning meal at hotel. Next leave for Mandawa on the road. On arrival check-in at hotel. Afternoon a walking tour of Mandawa, a hamlet famed for frescoed Marwari Havelis, Forts and Temples during the this tour. Overnight stay. Day 04 : Mandawa & Bikaner (200 Kms / Approx. Drive Time 04 Hrs.) Morning meal at hotel. Further leave for Bikaner on the road. On arrival check-in at hotel. Drive Time 08 Hrs.) Morning meal at hotel. Morning embark on a road journey to Jaisalmer. En-route visit Karni Mata Temple at Deshnok, famous more for its rats worldwide. The 600 year old temple hosts around thousands of rats, which are considered sacred and are worshipped. On arrival in Jaisalmer, check-in at hotel. Overnight stay. Day 06 : In Jaisalmer Morning meal at hotel. Further proceed for a full day city tour of Jaisalmer, taking tourists through this city wrapped with honey gold magic including the fort built by Rawal Jaisal, Jain temples of the 12th to 15th centuries and a five-story mansion Patwon ki Haveli. Evening camel ride at Sam Sand Dunes which is the attraction of Glorious Rajasthan. Overnight stay. Day 07 : Jaisalmer & Jodhpur (290 Kms / Approx. Drive Time 06 hrs.) Morning meal at hotel. Further drive to Jodhpur, the third desert in your tour. On arrival check-in at hotel. Afternoon proceed for Jodhpur City Tour via magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a 125-meter high hill. Later visit Jaswant Thada - a cluster of royal cenotaphs in the white marble built in 1899 AD in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh-II. Overnight stay. Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur (290 Kms / Approx. Drive time 06 Hrs.) Morning meal at hotel. Morning leave Jodhpur for Udaipur by surface. En-route visit 15th Century's famous Ranakpur's Jain Temples in Aravalis. The temples have grand structures beautified with with excellent sculptures. There are 1,444 pillars in the temples and each one is uniquely carved on the pages of history for their architectural brilliance. Day 09 : In Udaipur Morning meal at hotel. Full day tour of Udaipur - the lake city of Rajasthan. Visit the City Palace which proudly boasts the richness of this land through Sheesh Mahal - studded with dazzling Belgian Mirrors, Dilkhush Mahal, Moti Mahal and the Lord Krishna Palace. Later, visit the Jagdish Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu with well manicured lawns, gardens and fountains. Further drive around Fatehsagar Lake. Towards evening, boat ride on Lake Pichola, surrounded by splendid hills, palaces, bathing ghats and embankments during the Glorious Rajasthan tour. Visit Jag Niwas, an island palace beautifully set between the lake. Overnight stay. Day 10 : Udaipur & Jaipur (400 Kms / Approx. drive time 10 Hrs.) Morning meal at hotel. Morning leave for Jaipur by surface. On arrival check-in at hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Evening a Cycle Rickshaw Ride will be provided to see the local colors of Rajasthan. Overnight stay. ![]() Day 11 : In Jaipur Morning meal at hotel. Half day sightseeing includes a visit to Amber Fort with Elephant Ride (Subject to Availability) / Jeep ride. Amber Fort is a romantic Rajasthani Fort Palace located on a hillock. Inside the Fort, visit Jai Mandir - the temple of triumph and Sheesh Mahal - the palace of mirrors. En-route to Amer Fort, you will have a brief photography stopover at Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds. In the afternoon, Glorious Rajasthan Tour continues with a visit to the Jaipur City Palace. A part of this Palace, Chandra Mahal houses a museum . The other part of the Palace, Mubarak Mahal is a living royal residence. This fortified style palace is one of the great attractions in the city. Later visit the ancient astronomical observatory - Jantar Mantar. Built by Sawai Jai Singh, this structure is accredited to be the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world. Visiting this observatory completes the list of must visit sites in the city and boasts of 17 large instruments, many of them are still in working condition. Overnight stay. Day 12 : Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (260 Kms / Approx. Drive Time 06 hours.) Morning meal at hotel. Later start for Agra on the road. En-route visit the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri. Built by Akbar in 1569 to honor the great Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti, Fatehpur Sikri is the marvelous monument depicting the riches of Mughal era. Once a capital, Fatehpur Sikri's charm suffered a wane after Akbar left the city. The road tour to Agra also explores the Mughal flavor inherent in the city through its well preserved buildings including the tomb of Salim Chisti, Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal Palace and other sites that convey the grandeur and glory of the Mughal Empire. Continue road journey to Agra. On arrival, check into the hotel. Overnight stay. ![]() Morning meal at hotel. Early morning sightseeing of Taj Mahal, the white marble mausoleum built by Shah Jahan in 1560 in memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal to shelter her mortal remains. A tribute carved on marble, this architectural marvel is a perfectly proportioned masterpiece. (Taj Mahal remains closed on all Fridays). Later visit the heritage site of Agra Fort containing the halls and other palaces. Afternoon drive to Delhi.
